My time as a digital marketing intern for BOMB Magazine was one of the best experiences of my career so far. Alongside a small but ambitious and talented team, I got to become part of a well-oiled machine, working on asset creation and branding strategy for the publication, with the occasional copyediting and typesetting task.
FUSE: A BOMB Podcast
I was fortunate to work closely with the Director of Audience Engagement + Digital Production to come up with a visual identity for BOMB's new podcast, FUSE. Together, we were able to create sleek and cohesive marketing assets from ideation to execution. These assets were used on social media and in BOMB's weekly newsletters.
One of my projects, which I found rather fun and therapeutic, was to create these book cover mock-ups to be used as cover images for BOMB's literature reviews and interviews on their site. For every Summer 2020 book cover image on BOMB's site, there exist 6 more files on my computer in color combinations that tickled my fancy but didn't make the cut.
